At BioMane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
